What do you do as a relief teacher?
I go to school at 8am every weekday and i have to write proposals and teach a business class about the module i created.
What obsticles did you faced as a relief teacher? Is there a difference as a permanent teacher?
For ITE, there is not much difference. This is because i created a whole new module for the students so i have to come up with all the ideas and assignment and work myself. There might be some internal conflict between the teachers and even though some of us are teachers, there might still be some who bootlick the principal of ITE and backstab others.
